SALINEVILLE-Southern Local High School senior Brady Ketchum has been selected as the Salineville Kiwanis Student of the Month for March.
Ketchum, the grandson of David and Denise Ketchum of Salineville, has demonstrated exemplary academic and athletic achievement throughout his high school career. He holds a 3.88 GPA and ranks 21st in his class. He is a four-year letter winner in basketball, earning a career assist record and season assist record this year, and a two-year letter winner in golf and baseball, the latter of which he earned six stolen bases in a game record last year.
Following graduation, he plans to continue his education and golf career at Bluffton University, where he received a $72,000 academic scholarship, and earn a degree in criminal justice.
