The Indian Academy, open to any K-12 student in the state of Ohio, is Southern Local School District’s online learning program. Located at 10 East Main St. in Salineville, we provide a flexible, high-quality educational experience that combines the convenience of online learning with the support and resources of a traditional public school.
Students receive instruction from Ohio-certified teachers, have access to College Credit Plus (CCP) courses, and can participate in face-to-face tutoring and academic support when additional help is needed. Our program is designed to meet students where they are while helping them stay engaged, make progress, and achieve their goals.
Whether pursuing a flexible schedule, an alternative learning environment, or a head start on college, students at The Indian Academy remain connected to the Southern Local community while working toward a Southern Local High School diploma and preparing for future success.
